Please note that a street address is required for UPS shipments. If you provide a PO Box or other rural address, items will be shipped by US Mail.

Items in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours.

Although we have a very large number of stocked items, due to the fact that our items are hand-made, unique and often have many variables, some items may not be in stock at the time of order. While we will make every attempt to get your order out to you as soon as possible, please allow up to 4 weeks for some items and up to 10 weeks for B/B Bits and Spurs that are not in stock at the time your order is placed, for delivery. You will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours if an item is back-ordered. Custom orders may take longer.

We will ship the entire order when all items are available. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirming the order and actual shipping costs. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day are available on request. We can provide overnight service only for products in stock at the time of order.

UNUSED items in ORIGINAL condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase at your expense, accompanied by purchase receipt and your complete contact information. Custom items may not be returned, unless they do not meet the specifications of the original order. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
